Yes, we required half of the program upfront and the second payment will be made half way through your program.

We love gifts; we provide both the referrer and the referral with a $100 Oxygen Shift gift card.

If you refer someone who signs up for a program, they will let us know during their onboarding session. Once onboarding is complete, both you and your referral will receive a $100 Oxygen Shift e-gift card via email within 2 business days.

We will need name and email in order to send.

What happens if I need to reschedule a session during the 6-week program? What happens if I need to reschedule a session during the 6-week program?

Rescheduling is completely fine as long as you maintain at least one session per week within the 6-week period. However, rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Just reach out to us to adjust your schedule, and we’ll make it work!

We understand that plans can change. To provide flexibility while maintaining our commitment to quality, we offer the following refund policy:

You are eligible for a full refund if your request is made within 7 calendar days of purchase or at least 24 hours before your first scheduled session, whichever comes first.
Refunds are not available if the refund request is made after 7 calendar days from purchase or within 24 hours of your first scheduled session.
To request a refund, please submit a request above. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Be on the lookout for your order confirmation email. Inside, you’ll find a link to schedule your first onboarding session. During this session, we will arrange your remaining classes.

IMPORTANT: All classes must be scheduled within 6 weeks of purchase. This includes one 90-minute session and five 30-minute sessions. Rescheduling is allowed as long as at least one session per week is maintained within the 6-week period.

Yes, all direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

To ensure every student receives the highest quality coaching, we carefully manage Lindsey’s availability to prevent overbooking. Students are contacted via email in the order they sign up. Once you are contacted, the refund policy will begin from that day. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

If you haven't seen anything about a waitlist don't worry, there isn't one!
