Milestone 1: Assessment and Personalization
- Begin with a comprehensive breath assessment to understand your current patterns and challenges. This session allows us to identify areas of improvement and customize the program to your specific needs.
Milestone 2: Evolve Your Breathwork Routine/Peer Group
- Based on your goals and assessment, we create a tailored week-by-week plan designed to optimize your results and breath health. You also have the option to be matched with peers who share similar backgrounds and experiences, fostering a supportive community that enhances the transformation process.
Milestone 3: Feel/See Results
- Our 6-week program progressively challenges and strengthens your breathing capacity. Each week, we introduce new techniques and practices to enhance endurance, emotional resilience, or respiratory efficiency, depending on your focus area. Stay on track with metric goals and focus on feeling; the results will come.
Milestone 4: Maintenance and Long-Term Strategies
- Following the 6-week program, we offer maintenance plans to continue building on your progress. These plans are designed to help you sustain long-term improvements with ongoing coaching and support.

After your purchase you will recieve a confirmation email with a link to schedule your first session. Please schedule your 60 minute onboarding session immediately to reserve your slot; spots are limited. We will schedule your 5 follow-up sessions during onboarding. All 6 sessions must be completed within the six week span with no more than 1 session per week.
Our virtual model enables us to match clients with peers who have similar backgrounds and experiences, fostering a supportive community that enhances the healing process. This personalized matching is a cornerstone of our approach, aiming to reduce feelings of isolation among clients. Peer Groups are hosted on private WhatsApp groups, shared by your coach.

Your Program Roadmap
Week 1: Assessment and Breath Awareness (60 min)
- Complete onboarding: breath assessment, questionnaire and goals.
- Cover breath science, benefits and our breathwork ecosystem.
- Identify dysfunctional breathing patterns and introduce diaphragmatic breathing to support airway stability.
- Discuss sleep health and tools for improved sleep.
- Option to join your peer group (other Oxgen Shift students with similar aspirations and struggles).
- Homework and daily practice review.
Week 2: Nasal Breathing & CO₂ Tolerance (30 min)
- Transition to consistent nasal breathing day and night to maintain open airways and increase CO₂ tolerance.
- Practice controlled breathing and breathing retention, including Oxygen Advantage protocols and more.
- Techniques coached will be dependent on your flow score, health needs and more.
- Homework and daily practice.
Week 3: Breathe Light for Sleep and Recovery (30 min)
- Practice LSD breathing (Light, Slow, Deep) to encourage relaxed breathing patterns and reduce hyperventilation risk during sleep.
- Learn and practice science-based buteyko breathwork exercises to improve sleep and longevity.
- Techniques coached will be dependent on your flow score, sleep needs and more.
- Homework and daily practice.
Week 4: Strengthening Respiratory Muscles & Endurance (30 min)
- Build diaphragm and intercostal muscle strength to maintain open airways and prevent collapse.
- Integrate breathing belt exercises and inspiratory muscle training for airway optimization.
- Practice hypercapnic exercises proven to improve endurance, stamina and focus.
- Techniques coached will be dependent on your flow score, fitness needs and more.
- Homework and daily practice.
Week 5: Build Mental and Emotional Resilience (30 min)
- Dive deep into your subconscious with resilience breathwork designed to challenge your CO2 tolerance, mindset and more.
- Learn Neurological Emotional Techniques to help identify emotions predominant in your physiology.
- Techniques coached will be dependent on your flow score, health needs and more.
- Homework and daily practice.
Week 6: Long-Term Maintenance and Symptom Management (30 min)
- Review 6 week progress, goals and integration.
- Create a sustainable daily routine to maintain your trajectory.
- Discuss next steps
