Week 1: Assessment & Breath Awareness (60 min)

Build a strong foundation with a breath assessment, goal setting, and introduction to breath science. Practice diaphragmatic breathing for stability and better sleep.

Week 2: Nasal Breathing & CO₂ Tolerance (30 min)

Master nasal breathing techniques to keep airways open and boost CO₂ tolerance, tailored to your flow score and health needs.

Week 3: Breathe Light for Sleep & Recovery (30 min)

Practice Light, Slow, Deep (LSD) breathing to reduce hyperventilation and improve sleep quality with buteyko breathwork techniques.

Week 4: Respiratory Muscle Strength & Endurance (30 min)

Strengthen your diaphragm and airway support with inspiratory muscle training and endurance-building techniques.

Week 5: Mental & Emotional Resilience (30 min)

Boost your mental strength with resilience breathwork and Neurological Emotional Techniques to manage emotions and CO₂ tolerance.

Week 6: Long-Term Maintenance & Integration (30 min)

Review your progress, set sustainable routines, and explore maintenance options for lasting breath health.

Step 1: Schedule Your Onboarding Session

After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to book your first session. Be sure to schedule your 60-minute onboarding session right away—spots are limited! During this call, we’ll also set up your five follow-up sessions.

Step 2: Join Your Peer Group (Optional)

Connect with others on a similar journey by joining an optional peer group. Hosted on private WhatsApp groups, these communities are guided by your coach and provide support, encouragement, and connection throughout your program.

Step 3: Begin Your Breathwork Journey

Your training starts here! Stay committed to your practice with the support of your coach and peer group (if you choose to join).

Step 4: Program Wrap-Up & Integration

After six weeks, we’ll review your progress, discuss maintenance routines, and help you build sustainable breath practices. You can continue your journey on your own or opt for one of our maintenance plans to keep progressing with ongoing support.
